Anthony Joyce is a Chartered Civil Engineer, Chartered Geologist and Chartered Environmentalist with a specialist interest in the geotechnical, as well as the geoenvironmental aspects of redevelopment projects. Advises landowners, developers and contractors, he has also acted as an expert witness for numerous disputes.

Responsibility for projects from tendering stage, planning contract administration, site supervision, interpretative reporting, invoicing and budget control. Also involved in contract and construction law issues. Project management and supervision as Resident Engineer of ground investigations involving trial pitting, rotary coring, boring etc. Contract administration, financial control and budgeting for a wide range of projects. Investigation and management of derelict and contaminated land projects including ground improvement, landfill monitoring, redevelopment works and treatment of contamination (including compliance with EA). Preparation and management of ground investigation and improvement contracts for housing developments including grouting and excavation and recompaction work. Geotechnical input into various engineering projects including earthwork and reservoir design and construction. Foundation and slope stability design for various projects.
